Return Policy

We want you to love your Chic Life purchases! Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward while respecting the policies of our primary production partner, Printful.
 

Returns and Exchanges
 

  • Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a problem report within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
     

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship your order.
     

  • Customer Remorse: We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. Except for customers residing in Brazil (see below), we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. However, you are welcome to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability) at your own expense. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
     

  • Customers in Brazil: If you reside in Brazil and regret your purchase, you must contact our customer service team within 7 consecutive days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the item. The withdrawal request will be evaluated to ensure the item is unused and undamaged. If approved, we will provide a refund.
     

Important Notes
 

  • Return Address: The return address for your order is the Printful facility from which it was shipped. Please do not return items to the Chic Life office address.

  • Sealed Goods: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks.

  • Custom or Personalized Items: In accordance with EU consumer rights, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items unless they are misprinted, damaged, or defective.
