    Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, incorrect printing, or damage,please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement product or a full refund. Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Printful will investigate the issue and, if the loss is confirmed, arrange for a reshipment or refund.

    Personalized Products: Due to the custom nature of Printful's products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Masks and Sealed Products: For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of face masks and other sealed products that have been opened after delivery.

    Our warranty covers material defects or damage that are present when you or your customer receive the product. This only applies to products bought from Chic Life and fulfilled by Printful.
  • How long is the warranty valid?
    The warranty lasts for 30 days from the date you or your customer receive the product.
  • What is not covered by the warranty?
    The warranty doesn't cover: Damage caused by you, your customers, or others. Problems from improper use, handling, or storage. Not following product instructions. Changes or repairs made without our permission. Damage from accidents or natural disasters. Costs from not being able to use the product or other expenses. Items not provided by us. Exchanging for a different size or wanting a refund because you changed your mind. Small differences in color or details compared to the product image.
  • What will Chic Life do if there's a problem covered by the warranty?
    If something is wrong with the product and it's covered by the warranty, we might replace it, replace the faulty part, or refund your money (including shipping costs). We'll decide the best way to fix the issue.
  • How do I request warranty service?
    To request warranty service, you need to submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. You can do this by following our Return Policy. If you're the customer, contact us directly. If you received the product as a gift, ask the person who bought it to contact us.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
    Once you confirm your order, it might be too late to change or cancel it. Please double-check your order before confirming. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll try our best to help, but we can't guarantee anything.
  • When does responsibility for the product shift to me?
    If you're outside the EEA and UK: You become responsible for the product as soon as it's given to the shipping company. If it gets lost or damaged during shipping, you or your customer (if you're a seller) need to make a claim with the shipping company. If you're in the EEA or UK: You become responsible when you (or someone you choose) physically receives the product. If you're a seller shipping to Germany: You become responsible when the product crosses the German border.Before that point, Printful is responsible for any loss or damage.

    We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. Some countries also qualify for automatic free shipping. Together for a greener future!   • What happens if my order gets lost in transit?
    If the tracking shows your order is lost, you or your customer can ask for a replacement or credit within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Follow Printful's Return Policy for this. Printful will look into the claim and decide whether to approve it.
  • Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
    Printful can't guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
  • Shipping restrictions
    Please note that some of our products cannot be shipped to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Japan due to logistical restrictions.     You or your customer (if you're a merchant) own the products as soon as we give them to the shipping company, after you've paid the full price, shipping costs, and taxes.
  • Can I expect Chic Life to collaborate with me on product development or platform integration?
    We don't make any promises about collaborating with you, including creating new products or connecting our platform with others.
  • When will my order arrive?
    We provide estimated delivery times, but they're not guaranteed. The actual delivery time depends on things like whether the product is in stock, where it's going, and any unexpected delays.
  • How do I place an order on Chic Life?
    All orders are placed directly on our website.
  • Why is my order on hold?
    We might put your order on hold for a few reasons, like problems with your print file, security concerns, or needing to verify your address. You'll have 30 days to fix any issues. If the issue isn't resolved or you don't cancel the order within those 30 days, we'll cancel it for you. If we haven't started working on your order yet, you'll get a refund.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    After you've confirmed your order, it might be difficult to make changes or cancel it. Double-check your order details before confirming. If you do need to make changes, get in touch with us as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to help.
  • What happens after I place my order?
    We'll review your order and make sure we have all the details we need. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll accept your order and start processing it.
  • What if a product I ordered becomes unavailable?
    If a product you ordered isn't available anymore and you haven't chosen to opt out of product alternatives in your store settings, we might send you a similar product instead. We'll do this to avoid delays in getting your order to you. If the replacement is more expensive, you won't have to pay extra. If it's cheaper, we'll refund the difference. You can always choose to opt out of product alternatives in your store settings.

    If you're using our services to sell products, it's your job to tell your customers if we had to substitute a product.
  • Can Chic Life change the products it offers?

    Sometimes, products get damaged while they're being made. If they can't be sold, we might donate them to charity. You won't get any royalties or fees for these donated products.
  • Can I trust the images and descriptions of Chic Life products?
    We try our best to show accurate product images and descriptions, but we can't guarantee colors will be perfect or that products won't get damaged while being made.
  • Will Chic Life collect and pay taxes for me?
    In some places, Printful (our printing partner) might collect and pay the taxes for you. But in most cases, you're responsible for understanding and following your local tax laws.
  • What if I'm exempt from paying taxes?
    If you're exempt from paying taxes, you need to give Printful a valid exemption certificate, like a Resale Certificate, VAT ID, or ABN.
  • Who is responsible for paying taxes on my Chic Life order?
    You are responsible for paying any taxes that apply to your purchase. This includes sales taxes, VAT, GST, or any other taxes or duties required by your local government.
  • Who makes and ships Chic Life products?
    We work with Printful, a company specializing in print-on-demand services. They take care of making and sending our products to you. When you use our services, you're also agreeing to Printful's Terms of Service.
  • Can anyone use Chic Life?
    You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or 20 years old if you live in Japan. If you're using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you need to have the legal authority to agree to our Terms of Service for them.
  • Can Chic Life change its products or services?

    If the product is damaged because you handled it more than necessary to check it out, you might be responsible for the decrease in its value.

  • Does this agreement make me a partner or employee of Chic Life or Printful?

  • Can Chic Life or Printful transfer this agreement to someone else?
    Chic Life can transfer this agreement after letting you know. Printful can also transfer or assign this agreement or any of its rights or responsibilities, including using third-party manufacturers. However, if you're a user in the EEA or UK and the transfer might affect your rights under this agreement, Printful will ask for your permission first.
